With Acco, you know your printing is in good hands. Because Acco and printing, go way back. In 1960, Acco was founded as a cooperative organization by students, with the goal of printing and selling their own courses at democratic prices. Our mission – affordable education for all – has remained unchanged over the years, as has the fixed low sheet price for Acco courses.
What did evolve is how we print and for whom. For example, our user-friendly online print-on-demand service still scores with students and educational institutions, as well as countless organizations and companies. Because of our many years of experience in higher education, we have obtained great expertise in printing doctoral theses.
The main focus throughout our story? That is sustainability. By printing on FSC-certified paper, generating our own energy thanks to our roof full of solar panels, using sustainable printers and intelligently recovering packaging materials, among other things, we strive every day to minimize our environmental impact.

Through our user-friendly online tool for printing on demand, you can easily have all your documents printed at Acco. We ensure a high-quality print and deliver your prints to your door (if you live in Belgium). It doesn’t get any easier!
Printing your doctoral thesis
Acco and higher education have been like two peas in a pod for decades. We have built up expertise in designing and printing doctoral theses. Thanks to our personal assistance, you will have a printed version of your research paper in front of you within 5 to 8 working days. And would you like to order additional copies? Then, of course, you can do so at a very competitive price.
Selfservice printing at Acco Shop Leuven, Ghent, Antwerp or Heverlee
Are you a student and you don’t have a printer in your dorm? Did you know that our Acco Shops in Leuven, Ghent, Antwerp and Heverlee are also copy shops? You can print your course materials, presentation handouts, notes or summaries cheaply on one of the self-service printers.
Buy a print ticket at the cash register and pay only 0.04 euro per printed sheet. Color printing is also available in Leuven, Ghent and Antwerp. For a color printout you then pay 0.20 euro per printed page.
Super easy: just give your print order via USB or via the computer in the bookstore.
